Caricature for a gift from a photo

My client wanted me to create a gift for a colleague who is leaving the his company. This is a good example of the kind of work which involves weaving various strands of his lifestyle into a single image. I sent a rough sketch for approval before starting on the final drawing - this is a standard part of my service - it gets the client involved in the project, and means that they are much more likely to be satisfied with the end result.
