HOW IT WORKS - CARICATURES AT YOUR EVENT
Richard Ellis is based in Birmingham, and so is easily able to draw caricatures at events in the Midlands and London, and throughout England and Wales. He also has experience of working abroad.
A typical booking in England or Wales lasts for three hours, and the fee for this is usually between £260 and £400, mainly depending on travel costs. He can mingle with guests at dinner or drinks, or can be set up in one part of the venue and have people come up to him to be drawn. He doesn't charge for individual sketches, and is happy to present the completed drawings in clear display sleeves, to prevent damage - after all, they will be souvenirs of the occasion for years to come!
He is easily accommodated at events, as he needs little space, comes 'self-contained', has no need of any electrical supply and arrives ready to start work straight away. But please note that he does some light to work by!

TIPS FOR MAKING A BOOKING
- Please give your name and phone number. If contacting by phone, and leaving a message, make sure that any names and numbers are clearly spoken.
- It's always helpful to leave a message!
- Try to give as many details as possible - especially the location, date and time of day when the performance is requested. This will ensure a quick response and a professional service on the day.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If a booking is cancelled by the client or a third party 28 or more days before the day of the performance, half the fee shall be payable; should such a cancellation occur fewer than 28 days before the day of the performance, the full fee shall be payable. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. Agreements made by phone, post or email are binding unless cancelled in writing within 7 days, irrespective of whether the client(s) has countersigned them and are governed by English Law
